Reports are that Barack Obama intends to lift the ban on federal
funding of embryonic stem cell research on Monday. This is an
immoral,  reckless, anti-scientific agenda which this man intends to force
on this country. The prior president slightly opened the door to limited
experimentation on embryos and 33 days later we had September 11th.
Needless to say,  no one was thinking that embryos would save their
lives that night. I remember the father of a transit officer who was killed
that day saying, "We have to be good." In his grief, he was prophetically
pointing out that we have to seek God's will in all things if we want to
walk with Him and be under His protection. I can't understand why
people are offended by these words. Why does this provoke such a
defensive response? The Old Testament points out time and time
again how much trouble Israel had when their kings did evil.

After being sworn in, our new president promptly endorsed worldwide
funding of abortion, courtesy of American taxpayers. Now, on the two
month anniversary of his swearing in he intends to open the floodgates
to a 'science' which amounts to nothing less than cannibalism. Although
all treatments and cures have been via adult stem cell research, the
culture of death grinds on...Mass producing embryos to be killed and
strip mined in the name of 'scientific advancement' hearkens back
to the atrocities of the Nazi experiments of the past.
Has mankind learned nothing?

As far as the liberal 'Catholic' politicians who are aiding this president
in such evil endeavors; I can only imagine Jesus Christ confronting them
as He confronted the hypocrites of His day when He proclaimed -

'You belong to your father the devil, and you want to carry out the
desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning and
    has never stood for truth...'

And for all those 'conservatives' who call Barack Obama a 'good man' -
Good men don't repeatedly vote to deny a baby who survived an
abortion any medical attention. 'Good men' don't think babies should
be left alone to die without aid or comfort. This is an abomination.
This is not a 'good man.'

It's also amazing to think that Barack Obama's policies will no doubt
kill more people than any terrorist will in the near future. And to the
conservatives who seem to be only concerned with the financial impact
of this administration's decisions, I only think of God's words of
warning to the man whose priorities were much the same -

'You fool! This very night your life will be demanded back
from you. Now who will get the things you've accumulated?'

33 days after Barack Obama signs this order it will be Good Friday.
Christ offered Himself on this day to bring us eternal life in a glorified
body, with Him, in His heavenly kingdom. Barack Obama and the
legion behind him will offer you a counterfeit. A false eternal life built
on a foundation of lies and murder. Again I say, "
The anti-gospel is
here.
" Christ died to bring us eternal life. We don't need to kill one
another to achieve a horrible, nightmarish fake.

Finally, I'd like to say that I do have peace and joy. I know the ending
of this story. I know that Jesus Christ triumphs, once and for all, after
unparalleled convulsions here on earth. I do worry, however, about the
people who Christ described as neither hot nor cold. For anyone to live
in this world and not be bothered by it
is to be of this world. And Christ
called satan the prince of this world.

With that in mind I ask, "Who is your master?" Up until now we've had
money and comforts to hide behind. When all that is gone to whom will
you go? As Peter witnessed, there is only One Who truly has the
words of eternal life.

    The future Pope told Peter
    Seewald: "God will take
    action to counter an ultimate
    crime, an ultimate act of
    self-destruction, on the part
of man. He will take action
    against the attempt to
    demean mankind by the
    production of slave beings.
    There are indeed final
    boundaries we cannot cross
    without turning into the
    agents of the destruction of
    creation itself, without going
    far beyond the original sin
and the first Fall and all its
    negative consequences"

    - From an interview Pope
    Benedict had before being
    elected Pontiff
