I hope you all had a blessed and Christ centered Christmas.
Even though many people said Merry Christmas this year,
there was a glaring agenda to remove Jesus Christ from the
season. Barely any mention of Jesus could be found in
the Christmas songs played on various radio stations.
It seemed the closest they would venture to talking about
Jesus was the song 'Little Drummer Boy.' Most of the time,
it was 'Have a holly jolly Christmas' or 'It's the most wonderful
time of the Year,' or of course the endless songs about snow.
I remember one year I kept receiving these 'snow themed'
Christmas cards in the mail. It really got so irritating. Sure
enough, on Christmas day, God sent us all that snow (about 27
inches) and more. The snow machine kept humming until it all
finally melted - well into April!
FOX News did play some hymns before going to breaks but
they were all instrumentals. Two weeks later, they played a
news clip where someone used the FULL name of Jesus
in vain. Apparently, the media finds this usage acceptable.
However, any devout use of Jesus Christ's name causes
most media types to flinch or nervously change the subject.
"If my people do not obey, I shall be compelled to loose
my Son's arm. It is so heavy I can no longer restrain it....
The cart drivers cannot swear without bringing in my
Son's name."
- Apparition of The Blessed Mother, LaSalette, France
(where she warned about the coming famine)
It isn't difficult to see what direction the world is heading now.
If God is love and Jesus is God than a world without Jesus is a
world without love. That's worth repeating. If God is love and
Jesus is God than a world without Jesus is a world without
love.
So here we are, after a Christ-less Christmas (at least publicly)
and people are ready to tear one another to pieces.
No, it's not enough to just say Christmas and leave Jesus
out of everything having to do with it.
His arm...
If the Old Testament provides us a glimpse of a heavenly
reality, Mary, as Queen, probably is seated at the right hand
of Jesus, our King. The arm she would use to restrain Jesus'
arm would be her left. Of course, I'm speaking in a strictly
ergonomic sense.
On January 7th, through a series of events, the left hand and
mantle broke away from the statue of the Blessed Mother in
my backyard. Before it happened, I was thinking of something
I'd read a while back. The gist was that at some point in the
future the Blessed Mother would ask God for judgment on
mankind to no longer be delayed. You see, she is always
asking for more time and more graces for us-giving us every
possible chance to convert and seek forgiveness.
Would sin reach a level where she would ask God to put
a stop to it?
A few months back a fellow blogger, Mark Mallett, relayed
reports about the arms of Christ breaking on crucifixes. I
remember wondering if the weight of sin in our world was
simply getting too heavy for Him to bear.
I took a photo of the statue after the mantle broke off. I was a
little confused when I looked for the hand on the mantle - it
wasn't there. There were two other nuggets of cement that I
picked up, though. One of the nuggets was most of the palm
and the fingers of the left hand. It was odd when the hand
came off separately from the 5 inch long chunk of mantle
which remained in one piece. Here is the photo of the statue
after I raised it off of the ground.
I showed a friend of mine the photo and asked her if she
saw anything. Cindy saw the image I noticed and something
more. The 'something more' she saw was a little unsettling
considering the current societal angst which is almost
reminiscent of the divisions in Rwanda before the genocide.
That is strong language but if you read the history of what
happened before the violence began there, you might see the
troublesome parallels too.
Cindy thought the snow below the area where the arm broke
off looked like the top of a skull, which would symbolize death.
** Scroll back up to see that portion.
I saw that after she pointed it out. But we both saw the same
image on the front of the Blessed Mother's dress - an image
formed by the snow. It appears to show a woman crying in
utter grief. Cindy described the woman as looking like a
widow after she'd been crying for days.
Another friend, Jo, also noticed an image which resembles
Jesus (as viewed from the right side) in a tunic, with His right
arm pointing to the missing arm on the statue. Jo also
mentioned that the face of the image looked like a lamb.
Heavenly Signs and Seasons...
I'd also like to mention that this event happened while the
Mother planet, Venus, was departing the scales of Justice.
Another prophecy from a few years back mentioned the
beginning of an evil comparable to abortion. This evil
has since been identified as embryonic stem cell exploitation
and destruction. Supposedly, how mankind deals with this
issue is a test that the Blessed Mother requested before
chastisements begin. Mankind has made his choice and the
cannibalization of our fellow human beings has begun
in earnest in many parts of the world-England, South Korea
and the United States, to name a few. What's interesting
about this new year is the fact that many of the architects of
the Culture of Death are literally trying to push people into an
all out confrontation with each other. Will this devouring of
our fellow human beings in quiet sterile labs spill into
the streets in direct confrontations? After almost 40 years of
human sacrifice via abortion, the Culture of Death is now
bearing fruit. We can never forget Mother Teresa's admonition,
"The fruit of abortion is nuclear war." There will no doubt
be blowback for what has been done to those innocents made
in God's image and likeness. We need to tirelessly continue
speaking out in defense of human life.
We also need to bring Christ (love) back to the center of our
world. If He has no place in our lives or any public witness,
love will disappear and the darkest of nights will begin.
