God said the lights in the sky were for 'signs and seasons.'

Here is the rundown on the signs which will follow last weeks eclipse.

Monday into Tuesday Venus, the mother planet, will arrive at the tip of the constellation Taurus or 'the bull.' Venus
will cover the star Zeta  (olive), and move below the remnants of the
M1 supernova (erupted July 4, 1054.)
Mars can be seen below Tau ( in the same constellation). Tau was known in Scripture as the mark given to those
who lamented the sins of the city. They were spared when God ordained its destruction.
The Sun remains squarely in the constellation Cancer which can be a symbol of protection for believers. It is just to
the right of the beehive cluster and above Asellus Australis (AKA the
'southern donkey colt') The planet Uranus is
often called the tilted planet because it appears to be on laying on its side. That can be found in lingering in Pisces
(the 'fish' which can symbolize Christianity). Lastly, the moon is about 1 third full and positioned next to spica
('grain' in Latin) which is the star that highlights the grain of wheat held in Virgo's (the Virgin) left hand.
Jupiter finds itself firmly in the goat constellation but below Nashira (bearer of good news, in Arabic). Jupiter is also
near Deneb Algedi ( the 'judicial point of the goat').
Here's some pics.    Will post more when things look as interesting...
Then, on February 16, 2010, Jupiter (the king
planet) and Venus will get extremely close (like
'Star of Bethlehem' close) in the 'Water Bearer'
constellation.
This consellation is found in an
area referred to as 'the sea.'
Jupiter's label is high in the graphic (on the
left), but the planets will appear joined.
I'm no astronomer, but this should appear
super bright....
Many of the 13 stars in this ancient constellation have
arabic names. The alpha star,
Sadalmelik, (visible in the
graphic) means 'luck of the king.'

While that is taking place -
Mercury (the messenger) will be
squarely marking the goat.

The new year will usher in a great deal of
celestial activity. 2009 will end with
Mercury, the messenger, beginning a 90
day loop in the constellation of the archer
which is known to symbolize war.
Jupiter (the king planet) will linger in the
goat constellation until the
first week of
2010. After the 13th of January, Venus will
be clothed in the Sun just under the wing
of the archer.
Mercury (the messenger) will be over the
archer's arrow with the crescent Moon
positioned just behind the bow.

Then on the 15th, at about 3am a
dark Moon will dramatically cover
both the Sun and Venus.

After that Venus (the mother planet)
will enter the goat constellation and
the Sun will slowly follow.
Then, 12 days later on the 28th, the Sun will also have a close encounter
with Jupiter (the king planet).
** When using the phrase 'close encounter,' I'm speaking only in terms of
the view from earth.
Here's a more complete outlook on 2010...
Below are archived entries
'And God said: Let there be lights made in the firmament of heaven, to divide the day
and the night, and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years'
Here's a look at potential 'signs in the sky' in the coming year...
9/10/2009
Was this what the 3 kings saw on 11/6/01?
It's a dramatic conjunction of Jupiter, Mars,
Venus and Mercury in Libra (the scales of
justice). The moon was
new so this was the
main attraction in the night sky. Will try to
put a movie together this weekend. It went
on in different forms for about 2 months...
This is NOT astrology! This is simply looking at God's 'time clock'
during certain events here on earth.  It's amazing how all things
have their times and seasons.
In Scripture, Jesus repeatedly said that it was not yet His 'time.'
It is starting to look like the heavens
literally, at times, act as
witnesses to God's actions in our world.
On earth as it is in heaven, so to speak!
